How fast will I get my content?
Your song and rough mix are delivered the same day. Your in-studio music video clip and promo photos are sent within 7 days via a downloadable WeTransfer link.
Is everything in the Sauce Kit™ really free?
Yes — every listed item is free for first-time FLX clients.
How do I book my Sauce Kit™?
Submit the booking form with your preferred date/time. Once approved, we’ll coordinate to find the next available slot that works for both sides.
Who can get a Sauce Kit™?
New clients only. If you’ve recorded at FLX before, this offer doesn’t apply. Trying to grab multiple free sessions can result in a ban.
What if I need to reschedule?
You get one reschedule, as long as you give us at least 2 hours’ notice and adjusted schedule must be in the same month. A second reschedule, a cancellation after the 2-hour mark, or outside the month means you lose the offer.
Can I bring my own videographer or photographer?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own media person — but you’ll still get all the Sauce Kit™ content we capture for you.
